Requirements for a Web Ontology Language (link) Requirements for a Web Ontology Language was published by the W3C last month as a working draft. The document "specifies usage scenarios, goals and requirements for a web ontology language" and an area of specific interest to us is the application of this to building web-portals but also covers use with other items like corporate website management, multimedia collections and use by intelligent agents.
