Something To Be Said For A Good Laugh - According to scientists, laughter appears to reduce levels of certain stress hormones. A good laugh lowers blood pressure and increases oxygenation of the blood. There is some evidence that laughter may help prevent heart disease. Anger and fear are two common emotions, frequently responsible for the cause of heart attacks.

Mozilla ver 1.0 Released - the browser we've all been waiting for over the last century or so has finally been released. Has some nice features that web developers will find useful (JavaScript debugger, DOM inspector etc). Have placed a copy up on the Helpdesk share on Rheema in the WebClients folder if U want to install it.

CMS for higher education - a thread on the CMS-List this week that will be worth a read later where the postee asks about candidates for use in a College environment where there are a couple of technical admins and 70-odd authors and a mix of platforms.  Sound familiar?

Tools suggested so far include Ektron, PaperThin, Jahia, UPortal, Ingeniux, Campus Pipeline, Zope, Percussion.
